Convert a xml file to a C# class and vice versa.

To install this module :

Register-PSRepository -Name OttoMatt -SourceLocation $PSGallerySourceUri -PublishLocation $PSGalleryPublishUri #-InstallationPolicy Trusted
Install-Module XMLObject -Repository OttoMatt

Need an xsd file and the dotnet tools xsd.exe.
