Failure to disable keytar in FreeBSD prevents joplin terminal client from starting in headless setup

Environment
- joplin version 1.0.67
- Client: terminal application
- OS: FreeBSD, headless.
Issue
FreeBSD client not being detected as part of the keytar check in here. This causes Joplin CLI not to start in headless mode.
Discussed with @laurent22 that the statement should instead check for (windows || mac) && !portable.
