label "defined and not used"

[Google Code Exporter]

A recent change to Go compilers, "gc: diagnose unused labels" 
(http://code.google.com/p/go/source/detail?r=570c3ce8), makes compilation of 
srv/srv.go fail:

srv.go:323: label unknown defined and not used

After that label definition is removed, the package compiles again:
