Freeze when moved to 2nd monitor

Describe the bug
When window is moved to 2nd screen, window freezes and becomes non responsive. Cpu usage remains low.
Lapce Version
Tested with - master branch build from source, v0.4.0 build from source and released v0.4.0 binary
