script, edit with with any text editor and change the targetFps
variable to whatever you want.

There was no activity from the OP for over three weeks, I consider that a signal that the issue was solved. If it doesn't work for you that means you can't even perform an action as simple as editing a text file and then running it from the Terminal.

Ive tried using plist editor, saving file but it still stays same, sometimes it even goes glitched and I have to delete client folder. Also the man litteraly goes online twice a year if you check on his pfp. I know how to save a file, your programme doesnt work correctly on my device.
