Would be nice for future request game speed

AJenbo: did you added this to game? Diablo psx version have this option when u press select

@Myst0z well I just changed the hardcoded value for my self locally while testing things.
Do you have an estimate of how much faster fast is? Normally (on PC at least) the game logic runs at 20fps.
No sorry i have no clue;(.
