mehulgit opened this issue · comments
Followed the following instructions:
python -m pip install langflow -U
python -m langflow run
Get the ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'langchain_experimental.agents' error
Also installed langchain-experimental using 'pip install langchain-experimental'
It looks like the ModuleNotFoundError
you're encountering is due to Python not being able to locate the agents
module within the langchain_experimental
package. Here are a few steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve this issue:
-
Verify Package Installation: Ensure that
langchain_experimental
is correctly installed in your Python environment. You can check this by runningpip list
in your terminal to see if the package is listed. -
Check Package Structure: Make sure the package name and module path you're trying to import (
langchain_experimental.agents
) match the installed package's structure. Typos or changes in the package structure could cause this error. -
Python Environment Compatibility: Confirm you're using a Python environment that supports the required Python versions.
langflow
specifies compatibility with Python versions >=3.10 and <3.12. -
Review Dependencies: The
langchain-experimental
package might have specific dependencies or prerequisites not met in your current environment. Dependencies such asfastapi
,httpx
,uvicorn
,gunicorn
,langchain
,langchainhub
,sqlmodel
,pydantic
, among others, should be checked for compatibility. -
Compatibility Issues Between Packages: There might be compatibility issues between different versions of
langflow
andlangchain-experimental
. Ensuring that you're using compatible versions of both packages could resolve the issue.
If after following these steps the issue persists, providing more information about your Python environment, the exact versions of langflow
and langchain-experimental
you're using, and any specific error messages or logs could help in further diagnosing the problem.
