lancache not using all disk space assigned

Lancache is using only ~ 52% of the assigned disk space.
Total space 8.1TB @ 7x1.6TB SAS disks in Raid0 configuration.
CACHE_DISK_SIZE assigned to lancache is 7.5TB to leave some breathing room to automatically delete least used files.
Anyone has this issue?
