Add Health Checks to docker container

It would be good to add a health check to this docker container.
I have it on my system at home it dosnt always come up right after a reboot of the machine its on.
I do have the reboot set to always on the container but it dosnt reliably restart.
If a health check was added then i could run something like this to auto kick it when it failed https://github.com/buanet/docker.watchdog
