When I try to curl, I get:
curl: (7) Failed to connect to amtcalculator.com port 443: Connection refused
https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/amtcalculator.com says the site is up but friends have reported that the site is down for them as well.
Site appears down for me as well even while https://downforeveryoneorjustme.com/amtcalculator.com says it is up. http://amt-calculator.com/ (without www.) doesn't work at all, while trying http://www.amt-calculator.com/ gives a page that says "404: Not Found".
Fortunately, you can simply clone (or download) the source and open docs/index.html locally in your browser and it works.
