When editing a work group, prompt list of users for organizers/group member is wrongly sorted

When editing a working group, we can add helpers as Organizers or as Group Members. The prompt list is randomly sorted which caused confusion in large groups:
We should sort these by lastname, ascending. If possible, we could display the name in the list by "Lastname, Firstname" like:
- Ammer, Franz
- Breitner, Paul
- Center, Mike
