Re-write and cleanup benchmarks

Depends on #60

Remove all the plain/optimized/unrolled versions of the benchmarks and their cycle count data used for ICFPT 2014, leaving the optimized Octavo code and cycle count data, and re-write using the new assembler after #60 is done.

This will set the stage for porting other benchmarks over (e.g.: subset of Rodinia suite?)
