Issue for Mobile view

While checked the mobile view responsive :-
1.Register page and login page >> input field and register button are overlapping
2.Submit ticket pages >> browser buttons touch each other and have a ticket submit button overlap.
3.In the knowledge base >> article comment box, Message field box shows small and post comment button
4. Login as agent or admin. Agent panel dashboard, user, tools, dashboard, and report options are not showing.
5. Admin panel options are not showing, and then the UI and buttons are breaking.
6.Version is not showing in the mobile view.
7.Inbox page >> lists of pages Ui is breaking and pagination are breaking Client panel >> My Tickets Pages and then view details, the
UI is breaking.
8.On the ticket viewing page, the >> button is overlapping. and then reply to the tickets submitted, the content is not vanishing, and then the alert is not showing.
