Malformed UTF-8 attachment file name

Description:
When retrieving a UTF-8 attachment through Gmail Imap, it fails to load the correct file name resulting in a corrupt file on download.
Steps To Reproduce:
Send an email to the helpdesk with an attached PDF with the name: 2023-06-11 Årsstämma BRF Julstjärnan 3 - UTKAST (1).pdf
