Update to 1.21

Both Waystones (Fabric) and Xaero's Minimap are on 1.21.
Would be nice if your mod was updated as well so we can enjoy this feature on the new Minecraft version

Thanks! The APIs have changed somewhat, so I do need to refresh and re-release. It's on the todo list ;)
