Hash rate desreasing from 6000 MH/S to 300MH/S

Hey, I have an Nvidia quadro rtx 4000.
When running Scallion via Mono on Ubuntu 18.04, my hash rate starts at about 6300MH/s, and it continuously goes down till it settles at around 300MH/s. I have tried reinstall the drivers and many different Nvidia driver versions, have tried rebooting, reinstalling scallion to no avail. have tried using the -n flag but i still get this issue.
How should I go about solving this
