g.NEEDaccess for g.USBamp - (>1 amp) Channel names broken

For g.USBamp, saving/applying a configuration is broken when using more than 1 amp because only 16 channel names are stored. I have a local fix for this but it was done hastily. I will take another look at it before committing.
