Allow to cancel the login the 2fa code isn't known

When I login to Wagtail, the user is already logged in when the 2FA dialog is shown. When I don't have my 2fa device available, the complete website is blocked for me. I can't logout, or "cancel" my login
To reproduce:
- login to wagtail
- don't enter anything in the 2fa box
- try to logout.
