Configure ports

Similar to #2, would be nice if we can customize the ports used in the stack. This is especially useful if I have a running stack (e.g. the mainnet node). An easy way is to let user to define environment variables to change the ports, and in the e2e test scripts, it can load it from dotenv.
It is already possible. I will update documentation about config options
