Create new card images

The current card deck uses images from the official Set online site. This is a legal no-no, fine for testing but not for production release.
The new images will have the following properties:
- Shape: rectangle, oval, hourglass
- Color: black, orange, blue
- Fill: same (no way around it)
- Number: same (no way around it)
