Need Ability To Choose Editor Toolbar Buttons

Currently the editor toolbar contains only the default buttons. However, some users might want the option to enter order/unordered lists, or code, etc.

There should be an option to specify which toolbar buttons are loaded. Perhaps in the initializer.
