Compatibility with OpenCV4 and OF 0.10.1

Hi,
Does ofxCV work with OF 0.10.1 and OpenCV 4.0.1?

I just checked a few examples with OF 0.11.0, which uses OpenCV 4.0.1. I tested on MacOS 10.15. No problems.
