Make RevMan useless - Include their statistical methods, add subgroup analysis, improve forest plot visualisation options (and remove that awful log transform from it)

I think if the above were added, it would make RevMan pretty much obsolete and that would be cool :)
It would be amazing if this code was implemented in MAJOR to replicate Revman forest plots
