user-configurable SHUNIT_CMD_EXPR appears to be unused

I'm using shunit2 as an input for some shell-analysis tools I'm working on. I was checking out something one of them flagged for review and noticed that SHUNIT_CMD_EXPR is assigned, and documented, but doesn't appear to be used.
Good catch! I'll remove it.
