How can i make the cat actually press certain keys and the mouse, is this a whole separate program?

saw this in a video but no info, and didnt find ANYTHING bout it
that is a different program. im not sure on how to make the mouse keys 'pressed' or if it even is an option. the key containers relate to changing a static image from the default 'up' position to another position for the left hand.
