I have 2 monitors my main one is on the right which is 1920x1080 and a 900x1440 (portrait) one.
Tried the solution of #33 but still snapped to the right. I also set Osu! and bongo cat to compatibility mode for win7 still made no difference. full screen or not the issue would persist

I tried to change settings in Osu! like raw input and map absolute raw input, but still to no luck.

Within Bongo cat I tried letterboxing on/off, changing the length and width
Downloaded a fresh exe and config but still same results

With more patience I may have a solution,
I made letterboxing true with a width and height of 2560x1440 and horizontalPosition= -25 while putting verticalPosition= 0

I had this problem and nothing worked. I tried every combination of resolutions, letter boxing, number of displays, dpi and osu in game sensitivity. Restarting both osu and bongo cat each time. The only fix was to turn raw input off which, unfortunately for me, makes osu uplayable. I even tested with arbitrary resolutions to try and diagnose edge cases but none of them changed the characteristics of the bug.

I also found that the polling rate isn't synchronous with windows? So moving the cursor fast displaces it more than if you move it slowly. You can see at the end of the video that the right hand starts at the right side of the mat and shifts to the left side without touching the borders.
