getAge() method code is not compatible for every api version in UserDetailsActivity

App is crashing when used on android version<o.
How to generate
- Login as Admin
- Go to UserDetails by any way. ex. Click on State Wise Users and click on any user
- App will crash (Use androiid version<O)
