Looking closely at the screenshot, I see:
schemas/microsoft.com/2021/maui
You know that Avant Garde is a previewer for Avalonia, right?
You cannot use it to preview WPF or MAUI.
Oh, sorry, my bad. I thought it would work with MAUI XAML files.
