Yes but curl installing a shell script is less than ideal for gitops style deployments

under https://github.com/cwilkers/kubevirt-gitops you can find manifests to deploy OpenShift Virtualization with ArgoCD, you can easily adapt them for kubevirt/hyperconverged-cluster-operator
