Chartmuseum allow custom ingress class name

In a cluster with multiple nginx ingress controllers we need a way to choose the ingress class name as our ingress class is not called 'nginx' and the gateway trait sets it up as 'nginx' for default ( gateway ideally shouldn't be setting it at all by default in which case it uses the default ingress class).
