[Addon] Add Apache Kyuubi as a experimental addon

Apache Kyuubi is a popular serverless sql gateway in bigdata ecosystem. Recently, it has graduated from Apache Incubator to be a top level project. It would be good to add it to be a experimental addon.
Will try to support it soon.
