Doc for `apiserver_request_duration_seconds` removed, but metric is still in code

This is a Bug Report
Problem:
This commit removed apiserver_request_duration_seconds metric from the documented metrics for Kubernetes v1.30, but the metric is still collected for the API server (ref: here and here).
Proposed Solution:
Reinstate the documentation for such metric.

This apiserver_request_duration_seconds metrics exists in the file generated by the K8s upstream file. Or there is a problem with the file generated by This commit before.
Let me generate the metrics file again and see.
