Add a deprecated flag and more details of the reason/alternatives for "EndpointSlice.addressType: FQDN"

This is a Bug Report

Problem:
Even though already EndpointSlice.addressType: FQDN was deprecated from kubernetes/kubernetes#114677 , the docs does not provide the details.
Please highlight and provide more details about the deprecation of the option at the related pages in the docs for suppressing the confusing from the deprecation warning messages.

Proposed Solution:

Add a flag of depreciation to the FQDN option item, and if possible, provides the reason why it's deprecated and what option can be used instead of it.
