[question][help wanted] How to block Secret deletion till ServiceBinding is exists.

We create serviceinstance, then create servicebinding which internally creates a secret with credentials provided by the servicebroker . But we can delete that secret and binding will be still in ready state.
Could we block the deletion of secret till servicebinding exists ?
Steps :
- Create a ServiceInstance
- Create a ServiceBinding with above serviceInstance as instanceRef
- Above ServiceBinding creates Secret with broker provided creds.
- Delete secret created in step 3.
we want block secret deletion till service binding exists.
