Enable adding user-generated apps & services to Kubefirst console

What is your feature idea?
- Enable non-kubefirst generated apps that are deployed on cluster to be made available on the Kubefirst console
Why is it needed?
- Metaphor already supported per-environment; would be great to add this functionality for other apps so the console has more value as a daily-driver
Is this missing feature preventing you from using kubefirst?
