(win): Write DisplayVersion String to Registry

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the current state, WinGet will show "Unknown" version next to this package in winget list output and will not be able to accurately determine an upgrade match.

Write a DisplayVersion String to Registry as WinGet uses the metadata in Registry (i.e. the uninstall entries which are displayed in Control Panel / Apps&Features) to determine an upgrade. In the current state,
