Chapters STILL broken.

Everything I try to do, I can't figure out how to fix progress bar chapters without having to leave a spot at the end of the progress bar out.
For now, I'll be releasing a temp. fix to this, which means leaving that spot open. If anyone knows how to solve this, please let me know.
There is a solution for this that will work if the video doesn't have chapters but other than that I do I have a solution idea.
But then there will be the problem of trying to get the scrubber in the correct place and not be offset to the progress bar...
