config menu conflicting with customtube (and itself) for whatever reason

im using firefox
the config menu is pretty much fucked over whenever i use customtube with it, even with it using the current youtube layout (screenshot 1)
also when i use the mid 2013 layout its simply gone (screenshot 2)
early 2013 layout (light theme, doesnt show the menu even when its indicated, screenshot 3)
the issue only gets fixed when i remove the customtube extension, soo
also, now it dissappeared after reloading after setting the playerstyle to 2012 (customtube uninstalled)
This is happening because the menu is injected into the same element as the actual button to activate it. A fix will be out sometime soon.
