Release tarballs are missing CMake build files

Changelog mentions CMake support but files are not included?

Good catch. However, the release tarballs contain merely pre-configured autotools logic, so you could just download https://github.com/kspalaiologos/bzip3/archive/refs/tags/1.3.2.zip (if you intend on using CMake) and you're not missing out on anything.
That said, I will include the files in the pre-configured autotools tarballs in the next release.
