Add a function to disable the upload functions

For Security Reasons we want to block the disable the upload function of images over this tool.
Maybe a config option to disable these upload functions to FTP or Imagur? Or a config file where you can disable different options?
Is there maybe already a registry key which can disable the upload functions?
