Add support to run scenarios on VMware

There are a couple of scenarios like node and zone outages that depend on the cloud platform. Krkn needs to support these scenarios on VMware to support users running OpenShift on top of it.

This is becoming critical in that we have customers running on VMware that will require this feature within the next month. We are already deploying without that capability.
