Udyog Jaal is an innovative application designed to address the lack of transparency and efficiency in the job market for skilled employees. The app aims to bridge the gap between job seekers and job providers by providing a platform where users can upload their personal information, contact details, and skill sets.
The current job market lacks transparency, making it challenging for both employees and employers to connect with the right opportunities and candidates, respectively. Skilled employees often end up being underpaid and underutilized, while job providers struggle to find suitable candidates for their specific job requirements.
Udyog Jaal - Network of Jobs is our solution to the aforementioned problem. The application serves as a networking platform, enabling job seekers to easily find suitable job opportunities based on their skills and preferences. Simultaneously, job providers can browse through profiles of potential candidates and identify the best fit for their job vacancies.
- User Registration: Job seekers and job providers can create their profiles by providing relevant personal information, contact details, and skill sets.
- Job Search: Job seekers can search for job vacancies based on their skill sets, preferred location, and other filters.
- Profile Matching: The platform suggests job vacancies to job seekers based on their skills and preferences. Similarly, job providers receive profiles of potential candidates whose skill sets match their job requirements.
- Messaging: Users can communicate with each other through an in-app messaging system to discuss job opportunities, interview details, and other relevant information.
- Feedback and Ratings: After the completion of a job, both job seekers and job providers can provide feedback and ratings to help build a trusted network.

- Set up Firebase database and authentication services and replace the Firebase configuration in the code with your own.

We are currently in the testing phase of our application. The app will be distributed to friends and family for testing purposes, allowing us to gather valuable feedback to improve and update the application in the future.
