Clone lastest version but cannot yarn relay and yarn start

i just clone the new update and yarn relay got an error Watchman: Watchman was not found in PATH. See https://facebook.github.io/watchman/docs/install.html for installation instructions

Fixed. i didnt realize that we need watchman and relay. but i fixed setup .js because of "," make an error.
