Suggestion: More colour customisation features

Hi! Thanks for making this addon. I have two suggestions:
1. Implement colour swapping/remapping throughout ALL of Anki when Night Mode is enabled
Currently your addon has the feature 'Customise colours on cards'. This is great, but it would be fantastic if you could make the colour swapping rules here apply to all of Anki.
See the screenshot of my deck page below. The blue & black colours of certain addons are very difficult to read with nightmode enabled. I could potentially manually change the colours in the config file for the 'Enhance main window' addon (but then the colours would be bad when I turn night mode off), but I cannot change the colours for the 'More deck stats & time left' addon at all. If you could extend the 'Customise colours on cards' feature to apply to all of Anki (not only within cards), it would be incredible.
2. Allow more colour customisation beyond just background + text colour
It would be great to be able to change the following colours in the same way that we can change the background colour:

Update: I managed to edit some of the colours (see request 2) in the night mode text files so that Anki looks more to my liking. For some reason it reverts to the default night mode appearance when I'm reviewing cards though :(
I think it would be great to have this kind of customisation functionality within Anki - the same way that you can set background/text colour.
When reviewing cards, the top & bottom menus revert to the default night mode black:

How were you able to change the background colour of the top and bottom bars in the menu screen (request 2)? The menu screen and the review screen have different classes, but I assume that once I figure one out I can change the other.
