Describe the solution you'd like

• Please add a choice of card sizes, for example: Small, Medium, Large.
• And also please add the ability to hide signatures for cards, so that only the cover is displayed, without the signature at the bottom.

The disabling of titles has been discussed before in #176 and I do not want to overcomplicate the app with this many settings. There are already probably too many.
