[Feature Request] Add an option for default caption format

Is your feature request related to a problem?

I want to choose a default formatting style when writing captions to files.

Describe the solution you'd like

A setting similar to default forwarding, where users can choose a default formatting style. If a user chooses bold for example, every time when a caption is written it will be in bold style.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Maybe apply this to forwards too? When forwarding files with captions, these will be rewritten to the default style in the destination.
