clusterlink-operator deployment naming issues

What happened:
Apparently kosmosOperator has been changed to clusterlink-operator in manifest_deployments.go, but the constant name is still KosmosOperatorDeployment, which I recommend changing for readability
What you expected to happen:
Change the KosmosOperatorDeployment constant to ClusterlinkOperatorDeployment
How to reproduce it (as minimally and precisely as possible):
