change the name of kosmos-operator to clusterlink-operator

What would you like to be added:

The current functionality of kosmos-operator is quite singular, being only used for deploying the clusterlink service, thus it isn't appropriate to call it Kosmos-operator.
Why is this needed:
we also need to introduce a new operator for creating the control plane of k8s and Kosmos, so we need to change the current Kosmos-operator to clusterlink-operator.
