You'd better able to release the latest version to bintray.com not only meaven.thanks for you.
v 1.0.7 is published on bintray.com. Future versions will be published on both maven central and jcenter
Plugin is also included in Gradle plugin portal so it can be applied using new plugin syntax with Gradle 2.1+.
