Hjärntorget - Not all messages sent to a parent shown in notifications

In hjärtnorget messages are sent from some creator to some set of recipients. Currently we show messages sent to a partent under Notifications. We associate it to the likely child by checking if the creator and child share some event.
However some messages are sent only to participants in events for "vårdnadshavare". As such we can not associate it reliably to one particular child.
